Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfers, Money Orders and Paypal. With Paypal orders, you add your paypal address to the box provided and we invoice you directly.

Spinning Wheels Shipment Details
We keep Schacht Ladybugs & Clemes & Clemes Modern Wheels in stock, however Majacraft, Ashford & Spinolution wheels are dropped shipped directly to you from the makers. Express Post is not an option on any wheels I'm afraid, and most drop shipped wheels may take upto two weeks to get to you. We will, of course, advise you of any delays and you can CONTACT US if you have any questions or special requests.
Shipping is a flat rate of $8.45 for any items, though for wheels that are in stock (Ladybug's and Clemes & Clemes Moderns) we highly recommend insuring your wheel to cover for any damage or loss.
All wheels purchases include a cloud of fluff to so you can get started straight away (if your wheel is being dropped shipped, we will send you some fibre separately).
Wheel & Spindle Support
We are happy to help with any wheel or spindle issues you may have. You can CONTACT US with a telephone number and we can call you back to discuss any problems or queries you have, and if we can't answer your questions on the spot, we will endeavour to source the information from the makers for you.

Please do call or EMAIL US if you have any questions on spinning, how to get started or more technical aspects of the craft. We will also be adding more and more help, advice and great links we find to our Help & How To's page, so do check there for handy tips.
Can I Collect My Order?
We do not have a shop front, so are not set up for browsing. However, if you live locally and would like to collect your order, we are more than happy for you to do this. Simply place a comment that you would like to collect in the 'special delivery instructions' box of the shopping cart, and we will email you with you with our address to arrange a convenient time for you to drop by. Or you can phone your order through and arrange a collection at this time.
PLEASE NOTE: collections are available between 9.30am-2.30pm Monday to Friday, unless by prior appointment.
Do You Offer Layby?
Yes we do! Payments can be spread over a maximum 3 month period, and require a $25AUD deposit, which is non-refundable should you cancel your order, and will be taken off the total cost of your goods when the layby period is complete. This payment covers the administration costs involved in setting up a layby order. Layby is ONLY available with Bank Transfers or Money Order. Please CONTACT US to arrange a layby.
